How token pack refunds work.
Token packs
Purchased token packs are digital goods. Unused packs may be refunded within 14 days if no tokens were consumed.
Failed payments
If checkout fails, no tokens are added and no charge should settle. Contact [email protected] if a failed payment still appears on your statement.
